Shipping Policy

All collection items typically within 2-3 business days unless items are made to order. All made to order items take ~8-15 business days to ship and are final sale. 

A tracking number and confirmation email will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times begin one day after the order is placed and business days are defined as Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays.

Please note: Naclo Apparel not liable for any issues that may result from carrier shipping after your item has been labeled delivered. 

All items are shipped with $50 of insurance included.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted for all collection items within 7 days of receipt.  After the 7 days period after receipt all sales are final. 

Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes may be made within 24 hours. After the 24 hour period, cancellations or changes will no longer be accepted.

We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges as our items are made to order. This includes our Tie Dye assortment. Please note that all like color items not purchased at the same time are not guaranteed to be a perfect match and refunds will NOT be accepted. 

Defected Merchandise and Erroneous Order

If you believe an item in your order to be defective or there to be an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong size or style, please email contact@shopnaclo.com to begin a Return Authorization. Please write “Order# XXX - Return” in the subject line and include detailed pictures of the defective merchandise. Defection is at the discretion of Naclo Apparel. Please note that colors may vary between product images and the physical good due to technological variances in screen quality. If Naclo Apparel deems the merchandise to be defective or there to be an error in the order, a complimentary return label will be provided and a full refund will be processed to the customer upon return of the order. Please ship the return within 5 days of receipt of the label. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
