Where is Naclo Apparel’s headquarters? 

We are headquartered in Los Angeles, CA

Do you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping or process credit cards from outside of the United States.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We also accept payment via PayPal.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically  shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours. After the 24 hour period, no cancellations or changes will be accepted. 

 

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. Please contact contact@shopnaclo.com if you believe that your item has been damaged.

What do I do if I receive the wrong order?

If you believe that you have received the wrong items please email contact@shopnaclo.com to resolve the issue.

How do I find product sizing information?

Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

How do I care for my order?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
